Season is Gone... Play the Kids and leave them in there... Bring in the rest, even those that have not been performing.....Who Cares!!

Knowing how Vossy operates, next week will be like this:

In: Evans

Out: Moir, Lord
Hello Dodo allow me introduce myself I am Michael Voss currently head coach of the Carlton football club. Since the age of 5 my entire life has centred around football. I am a 3 time premiership captain, a brownlow medallist.
Currently in my 4th year in my 2nd stint at Senior coaching after a not so successful 1st attempt.
My first year at Carlton we missed the finals by a kick ,my 2nd year we made the preliminary final, my 4th year we made the finals but injured players cruelled our season.
This year hasn't started so good we are 4 and 0 and the outside noise is starting to take affect.
We have West Coast this week it's a good chance to get a Win. Lose and fans will be waiting for us at the airport with pitch forks and baseball bats.
My entire life has been about football and it all could come to an end if we lose this game.

What shall I do.

I know Dodo and others like Keogh said I should play the kids. Who cares if they are not ready not shown enough or just plain useless. Let's play them we have nothing to lose except my entire life.
Let's do it.

I Get you Michael... your playing for your Career. Your players are playing for themselves and their Career.

Is anyone playing for the Club??

From the 2s, I think Carroll, O’Keeffe, Lemmey & Durdin went well enough for consideration. Huge risks with all but Durdin, but I could see Lemmey going alright in front of a home crowd.

Ben & Lucas find plenty of footy, but the way Southport wiped the floor with us at the clearances, I couldn’t have either.

McKay & Hollands went through the motions. Hollands looks closer to a return than McKay.

Bit worried that Binns has lost sight of the lure.

I hope it ends a few careers as well. I remember back in the day before we left Princes park, and we were shit, i'd meet a few blokes every home game and laugh at how shit we were and just enjoy the day knowing we would get done. I actually miss those days now.

Now it's just groundhog day....

Wouldn't surprise me if we won by 100 points, got our heads back in the clouds and shit the bed the following week against norf who are coaches by a bloke that loves to hurt us

I wanted Moir in the team and I still think he could be a good player.
But for those who think our kids are the answer, it was clear organist Collingwood that Moir is not the difference between winning and losing at this point.

Yes, I think we should get games into some of them. And yes, I think we should drop a few senior players when they compromise themselves at the contest. And to set a standard.

But our problems will not be solved by a few kids, esp those who barely make an impact at VFL level.

What we need is for our leaders to lead by example on and off the field. Until then, we are going to struggle to perform.

Couldn’t care less. I’ve checked out for the year. Going to force myself to not watch this game. Refuse to get sucked back in to this toxic relationship. I’ll do something productive instead

On reflection Collingwood wasn't a great opposition for Moir, being the oldest team to take the field. Even though he didn't get near it I wouldn't mind him staying in for West coast

West Coast were horrific today. It was like a training run.

Lose this and Voss is done, no doubt about it.

Yep, youd get someone to knee cap him so he can't kick the winner from the boundary after the siren

Anyway, I'm listening to the game on the wireless so hopefully that brings a bit of romantic enjoyment regardless.

I Can't get over how embarrasing our VFL Team was!!

We have no future and no kids that can come through... No Wonder Voss has no answers but Evans & Haynes!

We need a Clean wash out... Voss has to go, so does Austin and probably the Entire Coaching Staff.

Binns is playing with an attitude problem because Vossy has already told him he has no future at Carlton. I don't blame him!

Are you thinking outside mid, CK?

You're a decent runner. Not tall enough for Key Position.
