Carlton are an embarrassment. Along with GC we remain the worst performing team of this century.

This game set the scene for 2021, and the nightmare of losing to pies lives on.

Lose again and the jungle drums will stop. There will be no need for jungle drums if we lose.

IN: Jones Casboult Fisher Honey

OUT: Setterfield Fogarty Williamson Martin.

Cottrell can compete with the other 3 emergencies for Med Sub, on the day.

We wont miss any of the abovementioned.
Can add another 3 or 4 to that list of Outs.

I'm more interested in hopefully seeing Charlie play a half than watching the senior team.

The way Collingwood stormed, trampled and dismantled the Tigers was impressive , got the feeling a thumping is coming our way. Harvey has the Pies fine tuned and humming with self confidence again, it took him a few games, but team beginning to regain self believe.

I mean we could be thumped but based on the whole season so far seems very unlikely.

Hopefully Jones and Levi in (with Levi strict instructions to just barge into people and throw his weight around).

Ruck will be a significant issue for us as it was for Richmond today.

I think we'll go 2-1 the next 3 games. Probably lose to Norf.
Filth and Saints won't rate us.

At a minimum Martin and Setterfield should should go because of the basic reason, what do they add? Currently nothing.

In we have Jones if fit and one of Honey or Ramsay.

Then we have the situation of the woods having 2 genuine rucks, one a champ in Grundy.

Do we need a proper back up ruck. If the MC thinks so we only have Levi and if fit he gets the nod.

So 2 maybe 3 changes.

An in everybody has missed is MM.

We definitely need MM no impact , self centred abilities out there , weiters , Walsh and few others are already carrying a few players let’s put more pressure on them by carrying another who adds nothing to the team

Hopefully this time the coaches are prepared and don't wait until the game has gone before putting Curnow on Adams.
He's their ball winner. He gets his hands dirty and supplies the physicality. Shut him down from the start and we're in with a decent chance.

I'd give Cripps a week or 2 off

I’ll put it as simply as I can - we won’t win this game this week.

Whilst other teams find ways to win these games - we’ll find a way to lose.

In fact we won’t find a way to lose - it will find us.

That's right. Adams did all the damage last time we met.

He was the driver out of the middle. Head over ball and first hands on the ball. He was ferocious.

I hope Teague remembers to tag Adams from the start.

Losing isn't an option Agro.

The loss to the filth in round 2 is something the players have had to live with every week since.

If they take off their choirboy suits and roll up their sleeves for a fight to win, then it may happen, but someone has to take the lead to fire them up: I don't think Teague or Cripps are the ones to do that.

Very confident we will be too good for them if we get players back to structure up correctly.

But if we dont get the personnel and put together a basic structure then it will be tough.

Do you mean Jones and Levi? Fisher? Who do you drop?

Surely you're not expecting Marchbank, McGovern, Pittonet, Docherty, Cunners and Curnow because they would help a lot.

Luckily Collingwoods forward line is a little short.

But their defence will eat up any high balls as well.

If it comes down to the middle they have us covered for sheer talent. They are strong in the middle but weak on the flanks. We can shatter their confidence by putting a couple of very big tackles early in the game and make them think twice. Give them a free run and allow them to link up we will get done.

If we move the ball quickly and give H enough one on ones we will win.

Not only big game for players big game for the coach
Needs to win this and needs to show he has learnt from last defeat against Collingwood

No excuses Sunday from any of them injuries or otherwise

Turn up from the start and beat the Carringbush for a change
