I wouldn't say great, but not as bad as it could've been. 1-2 weeks. |

Slightly positive news but still longer term. Again. I’m depressed about 2019 already. So bloody flat. |

Pickett ruptures patella tendon Carlton Media Dec 20, 2018 1:47PM Liddle's 2019 outlook Listen to Carlton CEO Cain Liddle talk about the club's 2019 outlook on 1116 SEN. Related Pickett to undergo scans Key names back on the track CARLTON Football Club can confirm that Jarrod Pickett has suffered a ruptured patella tendon in his right knee. Pickett immediately underwent scans following a collision that occurred during Thursday morning’s training session. He will undergo surgery on Friday before commencing his rehabilitation, at which time an appropriate timeline for his recovery will be determined. The 22-year-old had worked extremely hard over the last month to improve his fitness base and re-join the AFL program. Carlton Head of Football Brad Lloyd said the entire Club would support the young forward throughout his recovery. “Our whole Club feels for Jarrod who has worked so hard to get himself back into our AFL program over the last month,” Lloyd said. “While the news is disappointing, as a Club we will be there with Jarrod through every stage of his recovery and ensure he gets back out on the field in navy blue. “Our playing group is very resilient and take every challenge in their stride. This challenge now presents an opportunity for a younger player to step up and seize their opportunity.” |

He’s been coasting in the system for 4 years earning $300,000 per year. Yes he’s had injuries but has never presented himself in condition after lay offs. I’m happy to have hard ons for players that give a shit. So please continue to set a fine example and roll your eyes as much as you want. |

Keep sprinkling the CSR around to the dwindling audience, and remain calm all is well. |
