Next week we play the Aints at Etihad and we have a tremendous record there this year possibly our 2 worst performances for the year against Freo and Gc although that's saying something after today's performance

Didn't get behind by 7 goals in the first quarter like the last 3 times left that to last 3 quarters

Lack of system disturbing -lack of grit even more disturbing

Other than Curnow, Dow and Fisher the other 12 or so players he has drafted show no glimpses of being anything above average. They do t all need to be superstars but at least better than average footballers to play a a support role. He has failed us

Anyone who wants to defend the rubbish that was served up today is seriously delusional about the state of this club and where they are heading. Yes we have injuries (what club doesn't) and yes we have a lot of kids playing and this is all supposedly part of our grand plan but this is rubbish. The skill level and decision making not to mention lack of effort by all but a few players is unforgivable. We are at a level that isn't even that of the reserves and are a graveyard for any players with potential. I would forgive any player with a future such as Cripps for going to another club. When year after year we subject the players and supporters to rubbish coaching, such as zone defence, which time after time has shown that it doesn't work. Maybe the answer is a wholesale clean out of coaches, management and players, who knows. The only certain thing is that there needs to be change. We have slidden into the ranks of teams like Fitzroy before they folded and unless there is change we will share their fate. Enough with the spin at press conferences, enough with the fluff news stories and attempts to flog endless merchandise, its time for some goddamn accountability and soul searching before this club erases its once proud history with this era of incompetence.
