Sick of Levi, Rowe and Thomas.

All signed for next year

Yeah, but at least we can get rid of Jones and White.

Jones is contracted for next year, $375k

Great list management, we improved it last year but it's going to take at least two more years if not more.

375k for Jones!! how the flower!!! .. that's quality player money...

Poached from Footscray VFL, 3 years at $375 per year. Mind you he was playing VFL, out of contract and we increased his mid to late $200k salary and signed him for three years.

Rohan Conolly and assorted junkies all over social media celebrating the possibility they'll avoid the spoon.

Carlton fans: haha you're gunna miss out on pick 1

I hate what we've become... has there ever been a more sad time to be a Carlton supporter?

Shit season! Especially given what we promised between round 5-12.

What i am disgusted with is the attitude and on-field culture of this club. The last 15 years weh ave found it very easy to just simply give up. Take way the 6 wins from 7 games we had we have won only one of the other 15, which was last week. Disgusting! You can talk the talk about how hard we work, how the players are driven, but we don't walk the walk when it matters and give up way too easily. We can change as many players as we want but of that on-field culture is poor then you are going no-where.

Bolton: I'd understand we'd have some pretty disappointed members and supporters right now. #AFLDonsBlues
Bolton: Today's loss stings and will motivate us throughout pre-season. #AFLDonsBlues
Bolton: Essendon* came with a sharp offence. We didn't come with an appetite to defend. #AFLDonsBlues
Bolton: We're proud that our club is united. Everyone is on the same page. That's the main thing we can take from the season. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: We need to build depth. We'll go to the draft and we're open-minded to trading. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: Our recruiting will be broad. We need to build depth in all positions. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: I wish this year could continue. We've been enjoying the journey, and now all of a sudden the season has finished. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: We've pushed some really good teams this year. That's a sign of growth. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: We have a lot more work to do in terms of growing our mindset. #BoundByBlue

Elliott leaving early today....dinosaur...symbolic; still recovering from his legacy.

BB and his crew have done a mountain of work this year to transform Carlton. Bring it on.

We have lost to the last & second last team within 3 weeks. We were bottom last year.

We need help. More so than Lions. If any team deserves a PP we certainly do.

Refused to go to the game as l feared exactly what we served up today.

The only and I mean the only silver lining here is that chin dribbling puke bag Adrian Dodoro can't walk anyone to the Pre-Season Draft

The bookies set Carlton's win line this year at 4.5 wins.

I was at the game watching Daisy wander around aimlessly and mentioned to Teddy Jnr how it was inconceivable that this guy was still getting a game. TJ said we don't have anyone pushing for a senior spot.

Maybe but better have a look at someone with the potential for a future than a player with a past but no future.

Don't get me started on Jones, Casboult, White and a couple of others.

I can't see why not if the likes of Jaeger O'Meara nominate Victorian clubs...

Lions won't touch such players

Poor prick has a huge task ahead of him.

How is he any different from the other coaches we've had the last 20 years, yet this guy is the "poor prick" (this isn't aimed at you in particular Brad).

I don't understand the blind faith people have in this bloke.

All I have heard is tough talk and cliches and people act like he is the messiah.

I don't think he will be our next premiership coach.

The club knee jerked and went the polar opposite to Malthouse and despite his faults he wasn't the source of the problem.

Not sure they will dig themselves out of the hole they put themselves in anytime in the next ten years.

Funny thread, especially when you read the ladder predictor thread.

So we just excuse the multiple insipid performances in the back half of the year?

We can't hold them accountable to the publicly stated standards?

You can think what you want. What were your own expectations at the start of the year?

Are you going to cherry pick parts of the season?
