People who say umpires don't influence the result of games sometimes are kidding themselves. Absolutely robbed in the last term. And at crucial stages too!!!

Even so, can we can finally see a bright future ahead, particularly from the kids in the team. We can hold our heads up high as supporters and as a Club tonight.

Great effort Blue boys!!!

Just back from game.
What stood out was that we had a game plan.
Go figure?

But why was it not there earlier?

gee it was good to watch.
and I had really missed the group hugs and grins after goals.
the sense that they were enjoying themselves.
that's always been part of what I love
when they are confident and enjoying their God given skills.

Yep played with freedom. We haven't seen Simmo run and bounce for ages till today.

Cripps, graham, bucks, need to be play every game. Need boeckhorst on the outside too

I like Everett forward too.

Replace white with Jaksch for the future too.

You will need to speak with Mr Malthouse regarding that

We look much better without the Malthouse burden.

Add the class of Yarran and Gibbs and we probably win.

Does Walker ever hit a target? Always seems to kick it at the player's feet.

There were a huge number of Adelaide fans there today. Of the 32k that attended I reckon they would probably have accounted for around half.

I feel like an idiot supporting MM the way I did when it is now obvious that he was a massive part of the problem.

Still too many skill errors but at least playing an attractive brand of footy

The skills errors and composure were probably put down to "rust". Not used to playing a running game and running so hard. Almost like being round 1 again. That will get better.

+1

Kouta is the reason Llyod only has 1 premiership instead of 2.

PS. Llyod can GOGF. Stupid spud head.

From my seat I could see they gave Judd a spontaneous and genuine send off, it was a sad moment, but well done to Crow supporters

We always had a game plan. I just think this one suits us better and is more positive (more modern as well) . Also the inclusion of kids such as Buckley & Graham and backing them in makes a difference.

Looked good on the screen.. I should have gone. it looked like the brand of footy i would like to watch.

Sad day.. sad day.. Thank you Chris Judd! He could have gone anywhere seven years ago.. and he chose Carlton.

We have the BEST jumper in the league, without question. It's beautiful.

The umpires gifted the cows 2 goals in the last... game over.

Tuohy did a great job. Really disciplined and never gave Betts any space.

Agree...only wish I was there to salute Judd....
Good play, but you don't drop a runner, bring in a tall, play a running game and have a midfielder go down....without consequences...Also no loose in defence (Simmo) cost us a couple of goals in the first....still a much better effort.

Also LMAO when the nuffy commentators said , after Graham's burst run and goal that MM would be disappointed to see the players playing like this...
Well
1) Who give a flying F$&@ what MM thinks
2) If you knew anything, you would know that the guy who kicked the goal wasn't getting a game while MM was there.
3) IF MM was there he WOULD have been disappointed that we were playing on, and would have expected Graham ( who wouldn't have been playing) to kick it from the middle on top of JONES' head....

Knobs
