the lesson in all that is if youre giving already... they know youre a wood duck.. they will make more out of you... instead of reach out to the general supporter base....

they dont mind if its shrinks.. they know those that are 'rusted on' will give more...

thats the plan.....

its s snake gorging on itself from the tail.. till there is nothing left...

Positive words from Gartos and Benny. I like it. I get the impression the general supporter base has a growing positivity around Trigg as CEO and Logiudice as President. There's a positivity around the increased communication coming from the club, more honest appraisals of our list and a knowledge and commitment to improving supporter engagement and connection. Heck, I even think some supporters are growing in confidence that Malthouse can vastly improve our on field performance in coming years. The appointment of SOS was generally greeted with smiles from most supporters too.

Despite the more negative posters making the most noise on this site, I'd suggest supporter positivity towards the club is on the improve. Personally I know I feel more confident in our future direction than I have over previous years.

yes ... trigg and mark

excellent team

and im not sure how many AGMs some people have been to over the years... theyre all pretty much the same

"everything is going well.. we are turning the corner....... sos is going to fix up the club.... had a bit of bad luck with the 1.6 mill bananas.. shit happens...etc "
ive been to a few....

theyre designed to show you how Mark .. who is on exactly the same board as Sticks minus Sticks.. and a sacked CEO from Adelaide can take us to the Crows circa 2011 over the next few years.....

Been to any cecil???

Nope, never been. I'm aware that the AGM is just the glossy showpiece, it's the words coming from the club throughout the rest of the year that matter more.

I'm becoming increasingly happy with Trigg's appointment, after initially having reservations. The fact is during his tenure in Adelaide, the Crows consistently outperformed us on field and off. I'm aware they operate in a different market in SA, but the crows are a successful entity and performed well while Trigg was there. Contrary to your post, he was not sacked either. In fact the crows stuck with Trigg when it would've been particularly easy to sack him during the Tippett saga.
As for Logiudice, I think it's obvious that he gives us infinitely more leadership than Sticks did. It's the same board, but if it's being led in a different way it's fair to assume the results will be different too.
