Time for a recall to the seniors next week me thinks.

..he isn't fit enough for afl.. ...he can get fifty touches in a half at vfl, he still isn't fit enough for afl.. ..we know what he can do, we must focus on his development, which is now at vfl level.. ..lack of fitness is what is holding him back, talent and hunger he has..

we're not vying for the eight there is absolutely nothing to lose
give the kid the exposure needed at senior level
who give a rats if he lasts a game or even 3/4 of a game
he's not going to learn half as much in the ressies
at this point in our season all the game time at senior level is invaluable

..it's less important to guys with genuine talent, he needs to build up his fitness first so he can develop accordingly.. ....and you don't want kids breaking down cos we push them too hard too early.. ..patience with crisps..

Could be a cracker, this one.

I agree.

If he is struggling to run out a game in the reserves there is no point playing him in the ones. Most injuries occur when the body is fatigued... So why would you raise the intensity? ? There's a duty of care there bear...

I agree re Cripps and Menzel,
Would like too see,
Simpson Jamison Tuohy
Yarran Rowe White
Docherty Gibbs Thomas
Bell Henderson Lucas
Menzel Casboult Waite
Wood Murphy Judd
I/C; Curnow Graham Johnson
Sub; Cripps
Like too see Lucas get another shot, every chance it would be he's last...
Cripps as the sub makes sense, sees game time and it's good for he's learning...
Menzel only if fit... Otherwise armfield comes in..
McLean and Carrazzo will play but, my opinion their finished, injury/pace/skill that's why...
Can't wait too see Buckley when resumes..

Toss up between Lucas and Watson... im pretty sure one of the two will play.
God help the other if cant get into this team.. unless they decide to give one of the Irish boys a go... then God help them both....!!!
Anyway.... plenty of stocks in the ressies.
