Furthermore, is Wright what we need? I'm not sure how long he's been at the Hawks, but his model or philosophy has been to top up. Target specific deficiencies and top up towards a flag. This process has worked well for them because they've been able to entice players towards the ends of their careers who want a flag to compliment the already strong core of the list. We need something a touch more thorough than this.
