Part of the reason they appointed a 'big name' like MM was because they were worried about membership.

The imbeciles need to realize that if you appoint a coach through a proper process and have some careful considered list management and marketing you can launch the joint and provide greater membership growth than going with the past it hack coach.

You would have thought Sticks would have learnt after Jack appointed Pagan in 2002.

There's often talk about Carlton people being impatient - unfortunately the board pander to this impatience instead of actually leading with careful considered appointments.

Shane Rogers understands how to do things but unfortunately those above him go the quick fix over and over.
