Agreed IMO. If there's nothing between every club's physical fitness and it's all personnel, why does everyone rave about Port's fitness and how well they run out games? They do, it's a fact. So much of this game is mental yes, but so much is also physical. We're mentally weak in some areas but that's also compounded by a lack of physical conditioning at the moment. Watching Port's run and spread reminded me of Carlton from a few years ago...weren't we the notorious speedsters at one stage? In a few weeks I think things will be much more consistent...fitness wise anyway. Can't tell you whether the brains will muscle up at all, if ever.

Murphy's kick in the back pocket in the last quarter after receiving a free for high contact. He can't even carry 30 metres with the kick and causes a turnover, then goes down with cramp.

Our captain, in his ninth season, in round two, gets cramp!!!! :hitcomputer:

Our midfield group does not work hard enough for long enough. It's why the likes of Adelaide and Hawthorn always run over the top of us, honest midfields find us out.
