4 guys on coaching staff can give anything from 1 to 4 votes to as many players as they want per game.

In my reckoning

4 Freaking Outstanding
3 Clearly Won Position and contributed to the result
2 Followed Coaches Instructions To The Letter and Beat direct opponent
1 Showed a bit

I had Simmo and Hendo tying for the No 10 MVP......reckon that can still happen at the Rd 15 recess, particularly after Craig Willis mentioned at the start the possibility of two Big Nick's being awarded if a tie resulted.

Hendo appears to be held together entirely by bandages.

Great effort. Polled really well at the start of 2011 as well.

Fantastic. Well done Simmo... thoroughly deserved. Should have been captain, but you didn't need a title to lead. Credit to yourself.

Congrats Kade. Extremely well deserved. Walker and Hendo too.

Conspiracy theory: MM hijacked the votes to justify their moves to the back line

Well done to Kade, I thought his poor early season form would cost him (I tipped Lachie to beat Walks) but he came home like a train.

Murph would be disappointed not to crack the top 10 in is first season as captain. I hope that fact and his late season improved form will spur him onto a much better year next year.

ps can't believe Juddy just got 5 votes in the final v Richmond!

Kudos to the club for the live steaming. Congrats to Simmo, Walks and Hendo. All had great years and hope the boys heal well!
