I contacted the club requesting to get the survey, and received two email responses, 8 hours apart, both telling me "Thank you for taking the time to contact the Carlton Football Club. As you would appreciate we receive many emails every day, many seeking information about the Club, and due to the number of emails...etc etc...."

If I actually get a proper response, I'll be amazed.
