I am sure it is a purely tactical decision, probably the same reason he was given the vest in the first instance. Being dropped was the penalty.

This is the opportunity Yarran has to show he has learned from his punishment by playing his role and coming on for immediate impact when required.

I think our selected side is quite a good one for Sydney at the SCG. It's a shame Carrots isnt playing but I am glad the club is taking the logical step of playing him in the VFL. No doubt some TCers will (and have) voice displeasure, however they will probably be the same people smashing their TVs when someone comes back too early without match fitness and does another injury. Yarran anyone? Laidler?
