Challenge it.

Betts never did anything wrong in the past.

He's a small bloke and the collission was accidental.

Sylvia is a serial offender and deliberately struck and got 3....precedence.

FMD!

Challenge the fools

The commentators reckoned it was a head clash, so it was most likely a shoulder to the jaw.

I thought it was shoulder-shoulder on the night but it looks a bit more like elbow to jaw there.
Take the 3 weeks unfortunately.

Do you need camera angles to see if its shoulder to shoulder when someone has a broken jaw?

That's the rules.

Wellingham also got 5 weeks last year, reduced to 3 with an early guilty plea and a good record.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharrod_Wellingham

We play Port, Brisbane and GWS - take the 3 weeks.

Whatever the case it appears that Wight has a glass jaw, was hardly a huge bump

It was shoulder to shoulder

the head contact to head contact was incidental to the shoulder bump..

im over this .. perhaps given the current move toward a contactLESS game there might be hope for Lucas after all

I'd contest, I think it was contact below the head (shoulder?), who was the north player that got off against the pies earlier this year?

How can everyone not see that it's shoulder to jaw? Take the eye-patch off and give it to Tommi. Ed has done the wrong thing - it's late, he's jumped off the ground, it's high and it's intentional. Is it worthy of that long? Probably - the kid has a broken jaw. Take the 3 weeks.
