I buy into our 'no limits' thematic and MM's philosophy.

It's the right sort of half glass full!

Who knows what great things we have in store for us this year. Come the end of the year, I believe we'll see a list with much more going for it than we could have believed possible.

I feel that way before the season starts ...and no prozac!

Good list, stronger bodies, last year's failure hurts, new coach who knows how to deliver a message, a new voice, a new captain and group of talls who need to make a few KP's their own or we're going shopping at the end of the year, and they might just miss a great opportunity.

There's pressure for spots because of the health and quality of the list and from the new coach.

Reckon we'll get beaten in a close one. Can't see us getting flogged. Don't think a "loss is doom and gloom season's [REDACTED]" mentality would apply as it would to Richmond if they got rolled by 2-3 goals.

Also reckon a loss of that nature tomorrow night would make us slightly more likely to beat Collingwood. I'd rather lose to Richmond and thump Collingwood.

is it wrong that deep down I almost want to lose this just so to confirm that this year is going to END differently to every other year that we towel this mob and give ourselves massively false sense of things to come......?

I'm officially on the bandwagon.

Don't care about individual results ("Has there been a more important round one match Mike?").

I'm expecting 16 plus wins for the season. I'll start to lose faith if (and only if) we notch up a 7th loss.

Win 16 and it's a big improvement.

Where that puts us at the end of the year depends on the results of others and then finals are there for whomever wants to win.
