It is hard to judge from the outside looking in, but I have a feeling Murphy might get it. Carrots has his hands full with the triplets....

I wonder who is going to be in the leadership group. No Judd, No Jammo and No Gibbs. As for captain I am not sure. As a supporter and looking from the outside no one really jumps out at you and says I should be CFC captain except Juddy.

Carrazzo

He knows when to hold 'em, knows when to fold 'em, know's when to walk away, knowa when to hit.

He's bigger and stronger than Murph and can stand up against aggressors.
He's a very good spokeman....much better than Murph.

I wouldn't be surprised if Murph gets the gig, and I wouldn't be upset if Murph was the Premiership Captain in 2013.

Simmo blocked me on Twitter so he's probably not going to cope very well with actual proper criticism.

Think Carrazzo overall presents the best leadership package. Having said that, this time last year, he wasn't in a fair chunk of best 22s thrown around.

As such, Simpson is more likely to hold his spot in the side, and has my vote.

But can we trust his body enough? I would think first thing for him is to get himself on the park for long enough, along with the fact he does not have the experience of the other three (which I think would be the best three anyway).
I would go with Simpson. For opposite reasons from Laidler (sorry there cimm).

I hope Henderson would be right up there.
Ready to take the next step and leads by example.
Quite capable at either end and could be used as a trouble shooter to lead his team out of trouble.
Big, strong and has a does the job on field and not a slouch in front of camera.
We are heading in a direction where we need a new strong leader and I think he will be great and a strong influence on and off field.
We need a big strong presence so we need someone with the physical attributes who is ready to take the next step and lead us into the new eara.
Henderson will be a beauty.
Simmo and Carrazzo are too old.
Murphy isn't great in front of the camera and Gibbs needs to prove himself on field.
Laidler would be a good option but Henderson would be more imposing in my opinion.

..voted Murphy, for a similar reason.. ..Carrots already 'works' like an unofficial captain, all the extra work and time required for official captain duty may become too much of a burden on top of all he already has on his plate.. ..also, i think Murphy would grow from the role, and has more 'room' to grow in the role, i think Carrots is already a leader and wouldn't gain as much from being captain as Murphy might..

That article says that Carrazzo became a father LATE last season. With his triplets approaching their first birthday you would think that a journalist could get a simple fact right.

I thought carrots was a Monty last year, odds on favourite imo

Was as good as offered it late last year, just needed to weigh things up with the young family. Has very good support from both sides of the family.....I think he'll take it

I think it should be Carrazzo but have no issue with Murphy either.
