Well maybe it was my confidence that was shot that afternoon.. We won other games that year too, and Freo weren't traveling all that well at the time either.
IMO, that game was start of our decline for 2012. We were talked up as contenders coming into that game, and then the druggies ragged dolled us.. they bullied us out with their bigger bodies and aggression.
Carrazzo was in excellent form.. he was a massive loss going forward.
I contend that THAT game was a massive confidence sapper.. getting so easily pushed around by those pricks.
And the start of the end of Brett Rattens senior coaching gig at Carlton.
Their drug cheating cost us.. they were peaking on their stuff at the time, and I'm never going to forget.
