Because I wrote a formal letter of apology to the guys in our footy tipping group with sportsbet. You get 8 you win.
I had to apologise the the Essendonand Richmond boys after bagging their teams in recent weeks for being soft.
That hurt.

I too formally apologise for starting the Round 23 thread and jinxing the team.

It was my fault that the chooks were headless, disposal was woeful and our kicking for goal reverted to its usual standard.

It was my fault that my wife and daughter wasted cash on Judd 5 CFC hat and t-shirt for my birthday that meant Murphy had a bad game.

I will try to never get enthusiastic before a game again, I'll just pretend we are the bombers under Hird and will always collapse in last half of the season, or be like Richmond and be happy with 10th.

That is all

Thanks bluegirl, have just had time to read through TC after getting home last night. Was pretty terrible being there to watch it unfold. As i posted elsewhere i also went to the Port game and will now ban myself from travelling interstate. I apologise for jinxing the team.
