That was a half strength Suns team who showed more composure than a supposed top four challenger. The changes need to start at the board flow through the club.

He's paid to do a job and based on that performance and what was on offer tonight as a prize he simply hasn't delivered.

There has to be accountability and first cab off the rank is the coach I'm afraid. Not coming out of the woodwork to slam him because that's easy but responsibility for failing to win rest with someone.....and you can't change the whole team overnight.

Gold Coast are a very young and inexperienced side with a lot of players missing and we lost!

Once we again we have needed to step up we ave fallen short.

We are mentally weak as a club and the people in charge need to be made accountable.

No more "I am Carlton" as I have no idea what that stands for. It now as to be "the best is all that is acceptable".
