First time reported in many seasons, first suspension

Leading possession winner with 26, next best Scotto 23

Leadership group (note - he didn't do it in a final FFS!)

Nicholls Medal on the mantlepiece

Same of the "brave" souls around here need to get some flowering perspective.

Gives away unecessary & stupid free kicks and 50 meter penalties, as for his Nicholls Medal our list was very thin at the time - there are plenty of Brownlow Medallists who shoul return their medals as well (Wanganeen for example)

Carrotts very lucky to only get a week - should've copped 3 at least for those whacks - maybe it's a sign of a new 'take no shit' mindset this year from the players

whatever, we need to be strong, disciplined and smart - not silly

Does he, really? Maybe its because he's always near the ball? So, Carrots is the only guy on the list that does this? Wanganeen was a brilliant player and a matchwinner (played for the wrong team, we can agree on that), time to set the bias aside, Agro.

Go check his record in the Big Nick since 2007, he's been superb with his consistency, even with these "thin" lists. :donk:

Wanganeen was a great player who had won a Brownlow and two AA selections (five all up) by the time he was 20. Something Gibbs and Yarran have yet to achieve at this stage of their careers. The then 24 year old Wanganeen also bit the bullet to leave a strong Essendon* side and join his junior club. Led the Power to his second flag as a forward. Jet.

Yet Port fans whine about Stevens going home. :garthp: :screwy:

I think Agro's post may have had more to do with second place than first...

Unless they can coach him to become a permanent tagger or just distribute by handball, we should follow Collingwoods stance on Licuria and Lockyer.

I was at that Carlton/Dees game with one of my closest friends who also happened to be a Pies supporter and he turned to me at the end and said that was the best game he'd ever seen from an individual.

He wasn't talking about Wanganeen.

Apparently John Russo can still live with himself, but he evicted his mother-in-law so he could house his ego in the granny flat out the back.

Just the two can be hard enough personally, I cant imagine having three the same age!!!

Possibly dissapointed he has missed out on having a boy whom he could teach his craft to aswell.......

yes I watched his contribution during that west coast game!
each time I saw him I was reminded of a man at the Victoria market wearing a white apron stained in red with blood and guts, holding up a tray yelling "rump steak twenty five dollars for two kilo! "

now that's value!

So Carazzo's italian for 'butcher' now? So many translations.
