I have a family gig on in Adelaide during Prelim finals week. Even if we don't make it, it still looks like I'll miss one of the games (assuming it's played on Saturday night).

Am keeping a watching brief on the first weekend though. Might try and get down if I can.

GO BLUES!!!

Will there be certain bays allocated to Carlton members?

Or will everyone just be mixed in together?

I read somewhere that whole blocks/bays are allocated to each club.

bit off topic but does anyone know if i can buy tickets for my mates who are not members? i am a member and since i have first dibs i will get my ticket as soon as i can but then i wont be able to sit with mates. would it be too risky to wait till tickets are released to public and then try to buy 5 or 6 seats next to each other? what if i get premium tickets?

There was a brochure sent out this week that said you could buy tickets for non-members at the same time I think - I don't have the brochure handy.

Yep, the brochure said there'd be an option to purchase extra tickets for friends/family who weren't members. The actual limit of extra tickets you can purchase will be released later.

The brochure said you can purchase tickets for 'friends' ... It didn't actually clarify whether they can be non- members or not.

I wouldn't be surprised if you get online Monday and find it is limited to member barcodes only.
Would be great if they had been more explicit about the details in their communications

Really? It gave me an extremely strong impression that you could purchase tickets for non-members. I'll take another look at the brochure once I get home.

Or if anyone has the brochure handy could they type out that part?

So when do we find out about getting finals tickets for non members? It would have to be today or Sunday coz Monday is D-Day for finals tickets.
