perhaps the question being asked is 'who shouldn't be coach?'

That old chestnut...

That's the point of a football department they interview and choose.

Your point is akin to asking us to diagnose our own illness because the current meds aren't working. We aren't qualified but we can see the evidence that the current care plan isn't working.

Look many of us were worried many years ago about Ratten.Last years games in the middle of theyear( the game against the Dogs come to mind) was a clear indication that all wasnt well.
I know the coaching staff have changed but in the end the buck will always stop with the senior coach.

The poster said we have the wrong coach. If said poster knows we have the wrong coach and posts so authoritatively one must assume he or she knows who the right coach is (he or she has since indicated who she or he thinks is the right coach). Weird.

Are you happy with the fact we have beaten two bottom four sides, lost convincingly (apart from one.5 quarters) to the premiers and drew with a side who will struggle to make the eight?

One does not have to know the solution to know there is a Problem.

draws against Essendon* remind me of 1993. I don't ever want to remember 1993.

One does not have the luxury of saying one thing without being able to articulate the other. To do otherwise is foolhardy.

Very succinct of you, dannyboy.

Read a book then, make it non fiction so you can learn something, cry over a ten goal loss not a draw when we played badly

I prefer books, too, but I agree with dannyboy. You can't do much when there is nothing much you can do. Playing like crap when the only way is up is less emotional strain than being 'not quite there' when you, perhaps, should be.

One (this one) shall let sleeping dogs lie and opt out of pretentious banter and be content with the fact that one will not agree with other ones.

so if I have a flat tyre but don't know how to change it I just keep driving with a flat and she'll be apples? Or do I need a nonfiction book to replace the flat tyre?

Pull over and someone will pretty quickly stop to help the maiden in distress. Flat tyre? You my dear, have been driving with the hand brake on. Take it off and enjoy the ride with your wind in your hair and the glorious future on the horizon.

Or just keep driving and slowing down all of us behind you.

Pro:

Despite carrying many who are out of form and/or turned in poor performances we didn't lose.
Monfries wasn't rewarded for diving.
Duigan.

Con:

Should beat teams who lose two players early, although the sub rule did as intended and narrowed our advantage.
Inaccuracy at goal early.
The media will continue their Essendon* lovefest.
The empty feeling that is unique to a drawn game.
