It is a "family" day guys...and would work better if the kids were the only ones in the queues for signatures and the jumping castle/food etc was aimed at kids/families.

A "Club" day with jumper presentation and talk about coming year, tour of rooms etc could be done separately.

Both could sell memberships and
merchandise....
Family day = "Kids specials and discounts"
Club Day = "DVD's stubby holders etc specials and discounts"

Just my 2 cents

I've sent my thoughts and ideas to the club by email today.

If you feel strong enough about something, let your feelings be known. It's the only way you can drive change, even if you are just a number in a membership database.
