Watch the replay of Judd's goal 5 mins into the last. Beautiful block on McDonald by Robbo.

That's why I love him in the team.

Gets a mention in Mark Robinson's 10 things I like. Speaking of which, is Robbo a Carlton Supporter? We cracked a few mentions in the column, all of them favourable.
Or is the Sun finally realising we are a good team and the boat cruise etc is old hat?

Needs to temper enthusiasm.

Needs to hit more targets and play the percentages.

No fit enough yet to play 4 quarters.

Not able to concentrate for long enough periods.

Ratts should organise for him to study the game with Fraser Brown.

David Rhys - Jones could also provides some insights.

May develop if he can learn quickly, there is no room for players who aren't smart

Surely, you jest. (and I didn't call you Shirley). Robbo is a dyed-in-the-wool Bomber supporter.

He was on before the game and Sam Lane asked him about the 5 number 1 draft picks that played for the Blues and Demons and which one of them was the best player today?
His response was pick 40 of the 2008 draft Mitch Robinson was probably the best today.

I know where you are coming from GH: it's the shoulders. Uncanny similarity the top half of the body works...a lot likt Sellars.

Nah hes looking good

Is he stealing Brocks role?
Playing a hell of a lot in the middle.

I think that we are getting such a good list, that it is making it harder to stay in the team, so players are putting in 110% to retain their spots, which is a great problem to have.

Bit of selection crisis at Visy Park, Bower, Armfield, Lucas, Yarran, Brock, all look like they are due to come back in the next week or two.

As good as he is playing, he might find it hard to hold his spot. But, he would be ahead of Joey Anderson and Browne.

I love what he brings to the team, but I'm sure that if you asked him, that he would tell you that he arrived a long...long time ago  Not lacking in self belief our Robbo

Silly. Sure he had a lot of touches but Robbo had more influence on the game without a doubt.
However I still think Rockliff from the Lions should have got it this week

Geez............

In the past 2 weeks:-

ROBBO
45 possesions, 3 goals, 15 tackles and went inside 50 9 times

GYSBERTS
53 possesions, 0 goals, 3 tackles and went inside 50 4 times.

Well done to Gysberts and best of luck to the kid.......... but gee I reckon Robbo has had more of an influence than Gysberts has.
