I think because there are so many rookie picks, and we never really remember the ones that don't work out (although we never forget the failed ND picks.... ever) we tend to think that recruiters have a higher strike-rate with rookies than they really do.

Well, given we seem to have a choice between Hutchy using his own material (ie, making stuff up) and pinching factual posts from footy forums, I reckon I'll take the latter.
