ahh now i get it Synbad, sometimes you are your own worst enemy - see when you say things like 'losers wins and winners are losers stuff, you just sound like you want to lose - period. But this, this I agree with, this is different. if you are gunna be shit, then at least be shit that's developing rasther than shit that is stagnant. Now I am not saying we should dump all those blokes but I at least now understand you intent and frustration.

Simmo for Campo - no because I actually hope we can get some weird kind of swapsie thing happening with campo.

Setanata for lance - well for me yes, but I know its not going to happen.

Stick Kouta at CHB and let the kids go into the centre - has merits but will not happen.

But Synbad I understand and wouldn't be at all disappointed if it happened.

good call - DB

i agree with this as well

i can handle losing if we have our kids backing themsleves and we are playing decent patches of football and they are making mistakes and learning from them.

but i will never support the notion of losing on purpose to get draft picks.

Given that he got 27 possession laid 6 tackles. I think the question from Adelaides side would be 'Who the hell was on Campo?"

Oh yes i do want to lose... but if we win what do i do?????

Look do you think we were playing a brand of football to win yesterday??????

Fair dinkum...!!!!

You reckon we will win many games Dannyboy???The only thing we might win is a game or two more than a priorityy pick!!!

whats the point of winning 2 games more than getting the pick??
Reckon its better for the long term development of the club??

Juyst tell me dannyboy. if we played flat out would you be happy to win one game more than getting the pick???
It isnt about winning on the scoreboard these days danny... its about winning on the list.
Because we arent going to win on the scoreboard much.. with what we have!!!

Now you can sit there and pick apart what i say and think... at the end of the day youre frustrated and not satisfied with what we have on the field.. .. the rest of it is only deflecting from what really hurts...
Its not what im saying or thinking.. its the reality oif where were at.

BM.. is a great tactician and understands the gravity of the system and where were at.. his allowed to think L:ance is a gun and so is Campo .. and that its our lesser lights fault.

whilst i agree with that, i also think the thinking of teague has to come into question as well there.

did think though that decision making in that instance, by both Campo and Teague was what cost us the game, the goal they got really knocked the stuffing out of us after working super hard.

Does it matter? Can you tell me who McLeod, Goodwin and Ricciuto were on?

Midfielders have been playing unaccountable football for 60 years.

If he is given a role then fine. But do you really expect Campo (or Steven) to man up on Brodie Holland etc at the stopages?

I expect them to man up if we're not winning the stoppages.

see now i'm confused again.

So you want to lose.

Fine, thats what this [REDACTED] system does to your head

but what i meant by my post is you are not asking for Denis or the cliub to actually tell the players to lose! This is important, that at each game the players go otu there and try their damnest to win - course this will lead to drops off (especially with kids) as they get flogged on a weekly basis, but you do not want the side to want to lose. That is what i was trying to say, 'cos that is important.

dannyboy.. you cant win with kids.. its impossible.
Do i want to play kids whicvh means you cant win??(yes) because it develops and puts games into them)

You can win more games by playing guys who wont be there next year... do i want to win those games?? No i dont... cos theyre not going to be there next year.. and the kids arent developed..

How hard is that to comprehend for a guy who makes a living out of working at a university dannyboy???

What would be the point of players that wont be there next year helping us to 2 games past the priority pick???
Theyre not playing in blue next year... the kids have played less games.. and we have less talent on the list...

WHATS THE POINT????????????

Youre just treading water again next year.
Im realistic enough to know that if you play Simmo every week.. and Deluca etc.. youll lose this year but youll be better off in the future because you will get a better player drafted in and those kids will play 50 games much faster....

Cant you understand that????

Guess what?????

I dont have to tell you who they were on cos i dont barrack for them.. and they won and are in the eight...

Im only concerned with what were doing.....

Why were we all the back half? Because Dennis instructed them to apply 'The Press' and then it was only for the periods when we were closing down a Adelaide run on. Campo follows instructions and still gets canned

So Denis wasnt trying to win???

Ok.. good he agrees with me...

But who was he on Mark??
Digby was the spare man in defence who was Campo on???

How many contested gets did he have???

Surely thats an easy question....18 against 18 one loose on each side;.. who was Campo on??

the truth is you never once saw him man up did you???
