Okay, you're right buzz, but just stay with me for a second.

If the Dogs beat the Brions we'll know about it before we take on the Powerless  .

Otherwise the following week, we beat Melbourne as per my cunning plan. If the Dogs then go and beat Cats we'll know about that before the Crows game the following week :thanks: .

Then we can win or lose depending on the pre-played games  . That way we either play the Dogs here, or Crows here.

Try shooting holes in that one fella :fight: .

I haven't written off 4th yet. And if we finish 4th, it probably won't matter much who sneaks into 8th.

The dogs seem to be trying to get themselves up for the Brisbane game:

Hopefully that will postpone them falling a heap for one more crucial week.

No more dilemmas for me thank you. I'm still cleaning the previous night's Stroganoff off the walls after I felt the slightest pang of disappointment that the scum didn't win last week.

We're going to finish 4th.

We will beat St Kilda, especially if its at the MCG (which St Kilda is very worried about), and set up a preliminary final with the Pies/Lions.

If not we'll play Dogs first week then Brisbane in the second to lead to a rematch with the Cats.

Just a casual ob here donstuie, but might it be prudent to eat before watching any future games on the telly?

Ok, let's get one thing clear - buzaaaaaaah or anyone else who didn't read my post. Never once did i mention tanking, or a willingness to lose in order for Essendon* to suffer. All i was saying - and i thought it was perfectly clear - was that while I'd much prefer to win and have some form going into the finals if we were to lose there would be some consolation in knowing that in doing so we make it more difficult for the Bombers to make it. Worth a loss? No. But interesting to think about.

Looks like the hawks are done for...opens the door again for the scumbags to sneak in, and keeps the crows above us for now.

Simple, we keep winning and we finish above them. Could set up an elimination final against the arch enemy, how good would it be to knock them off then!
