Maybe it would be best for Carlton and JR if he was allowed to show his worth before the end of the season, and if he can show that he's a part of Carlton's future, then great, if not, then maybe we can get a decent pick for him.
I think he's had a very good year this year, and a lot of people are very quick to jump on his mistakes and are reluctant to give him credit for his improvement.
Not sure if it's realistically possible to get a good pick for him now that draft picks will be more scarce, I think that boat has sailed.
Probably only a deal sweetener these days - more upside staying at Carlton and getting his head together, still might have potential
