I was very impressed with the package my 6 year old son got for his 22 game membership and he was rapt with it.

Backpack
Pencil case
Flag
Yo Yo
Frisbe
Player cards
Plus everything else adult members got.

Will be a tough choice Hollywood, do you wear that, or your usual #24 jumper?

Please forgive me!!

You're right!! .... sort of.
My membership package was waiting for me when I got home last night .... rang my daughter and hers had arrived as well .... rang my son and he'd received nothing .... and, nothing yet for the 4 grandchildren.

Anyway, I was only passing on "information" I was given via the membership hot line. Didn't want to spend all my money on entry fees to the Family Day when we were entitled to free entry!! Money better spent on goodies!!

Well, today I thought I'd try out the Europcar special CFC Members Discount Card.

I went to the Europcar site and put in the details for a 3-week hire on the Gold Coast, compact AWD vehicle.

The cost came to $1050.97. Not bad for that class of car.

I then re-did the quote with our special Corporate Discount#.

The CFC Members price is $1832.37!!

Just check about the inclusions and exclusions first. That first price seems awfully cheap. Look at the hidden and extra costs involved.

Yep, got mine a week after i paid for it- very impressed! Even better, it was delivered to me on my birthday! So I rang the CFC to congratulate them on great, prompt service and making my day! The woman on the other end sounded very surprised (and relieved!)

We need a membership level that sits between the Family Silver 11 and the Family GOLD 11.
$350 for the Silver, $826 for the Gold....to big a jump!
Any ideas

The difference Mark J is the reserve seat for the Gold membership, silver just gets you entry. Now if you don't mind sitting in the bleaches, are prepared to get to a game early to get one of the unreserved seats (not many and usually in the top of the stands), and if it looks like being close to a sellout, prepared to buy a reserve seat (at an extra cost) then your best option is the first one.

Then buy your kids a new footy jumper each from the Carlton football club for the bit extra you were prepared to pay above the silver membership and you'll have supported the club wonderfully.

I don't think there's any other option.

Rang the club membership today to renew my kids membership. After being on hold for 5 min (thank God for speakerphones) I got put through to an answering machine. I left a message but am not hopeful of a reply. I'll try again later. Happy they're that busy but its strange to wait 5 min for an answering machine.

I got a dozen memberships delivered by courier at 8 am on Thursday morning, just 4 working days after I had made the purchases.

Really really impressed this year.

Think saving the environment and we think Carlton.

Checked with my Sister today. No1 Niece got her package. I assume No2 Niece did too.

I love the box too. I'm going to be using mine to send a CD of work for a client to him. He's a Hawthorn supporter. But his Son is Carlton.
