Any chance we could just get the answer?

Depends on whether you're taking them on 95 form or the best form of their career.

SOS would have to be there either way.

Kouta, Sticks and maybe Williams weren't in their career best form in 95.

I'll say SOS and Bradley.

Somehow, and without having a look at the draft article in any way, shape or form, Jarusa has the answer.

13. If you could add one player from the 1995 Premiership side to our current list, who would it be and why?

Can I say two? I would take Sticks because he would be fantastic at Centre Half Forward but he probably didn’t actually play there much at that time, and I would also take Silvagni because he would be fantastic for our backline and give Jamison a hand down back.

Ooooh.....great question.

Silvagni for his defensive prowess...although with the new rules, wonder if the 95 SOS would give away too many frees.

Kouta - Just the all round utility he provides.

See even Ratts said we need a CHF. That's why I went Spalding as that's where he played in 95. If we were talking over whole career then Sticks easily but Sticks of 95 and Fev of 2009 would be vying for the same FF position.

Fantastic interview with the sort of questions paid journalists should ask.

Maybe they lack the passion and interest in the subject to go that one step further.

Another fantastic interview fellas.

I liked what I read and there's definetely a glaring change as to when a player is played this year.

The 2 players he wanted were standouts not only in 1995 but for the previous century and pretty obvious to our needs in 2009...but you never know...they may be just around the corner.

Thanks

9. Reportedly you were always an eager coach and often took plays and ideas to David Parkin. Who on the current list plays that role?

Nick Stevens has a very good footy brain and plays that role well. I’d say Fevola is the main one, his understanding of the game even straight after is outstanding. He can almost replay the game and analyze it without looking at the vision, so he would be the closest to that role amongst the players.

Big, talented and footy smart. Not a bad package at the moment.

Great interview! Always fantastic to get an accurate picture from the inside.

Jamo as our FB was interesting, certainly valued highly.

Glad to hear that the kids will have to earn their spots. Things have certainly changed!

As for Fev, all those brains and attributes yet he can't find a toilet? :yikes:

Interesting, but not a big surprise really. Fev plays the clown a lot, but he does understand the game.

Take note Rodney Eade.
