13:40 for me Ryan, & after that I'm spent!

From memory he did 10:30 last year a couple of months after groin surgery...amazing.

We should organise a TC time trial around Princes Park

Just heard on the news that the Dogs also had a time trial around Princes Park. It was won by Ryan Griffen in a time of 11:29, almost a whole minute slower than Judd 8)

Not bad for an old 25 year old with dodgy groins :)

Fantastic news, looks like he is set for a huge year!

Seeing hair on his head gives me the impression that Judd wants to bring the "JUDD OF OLD" back..

Or he's decided to look as young as he feels...

Either way 8)

I can go way faster than 10:30, but it depends on the timing of traffic light cycles.

I don't think it is possible. Judd is a footballing, athletic freak. Once in a lifetime player. He was my favourite player before he came to the Blues and he is still my favourite player.

In fact, Judd was carrying very little meat at all, reporting for duty with a body fat reading in the mid-30s, territory usually confined to marathon runners.

I ran 11m 32s around there about 6 years ago. Not quite in that nick now but I reckon I could still break 12 mins.

Judd is a freak

Why?

I think the Captain leading the way is better than Captain's in previous years barely making it across the finish line.

How better to lead than by being in front?

Yeah but imagine the fuss if Judd ran his usually 10.30 and 3 or four other blokes ran quicker - It would scare the crap out of everyone.

Everyone knows Judd is the bench mark imagine beating the benchmark

But Tex beat him on 2 or 3 other occassions, so not sure why that isn't lauded as a youngun beating the benchmark.

I doubt those results. The Doggies have a dozen blokes on their list running as quick (+/- 10 sec) as Judd around Princes Park.

Herald Sun today said the Bulldogs and Kangaroos ran later in the day, so maybe the heat has something to do with it, although you'd doubt it would make up to a minutes difference.

Coz the media love Juddy and he will be the bench mark next year!
