I don't think we're tanking. And think that we will win one of Ess, Rich and St K, so that will put paid to the Priority Pick talk.

However, I agree with Melvey, we are a long way off the pace, and those teams who will battle it out for 7th and 8th spots (North, Brisbane, Port and to a lesser degree St Kilda) are significantly better than us at this point in time.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if we only won 2 or 3 more games this year. We have a tough run home.

Since 2002 we have finished off the seasons particularly poorly due to tanking and/or a lack of confidence/morale.

This year I think we will reverse the trend...Walker will return, Judd on the improve, the team adapting to Ratts game plan plus a group of promising kids growing in confidence.

8 wins is what I'm expecting at this stage.

Haha, many jump on and off bandwagons as quickly as the goons in the media.

Two weeks ago it was a two-horse race and it was set in stone that it would be a Geelong v Hawthorn grand final. One loss each and all of a sudden the season has never been more open.
