I bet most of our idols of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's also crossed the line Fev has, but it was acceptable and media srutiny wasn't what it is today. I know plenty of stories. I've seen plenty. That's life.

No wonder the generation Y exists with its so called inward focussed attitude. They too prefer to be the goose. The alternative is better than the 'norm' our new age society presents.

The hippy revolution was a rebellious movement against monoculture, and look at the great changes it gave us to enjoy and give us options and choice.
Fev doesn't have to be anything but himself. Let him have the option. He's lucky he does not have to be a 'boring' typecasted robot.
Go get em Fev, stick it right up 'em. Same with you Sammy Newman; flower 'em all, be yourself, and if being yourself means being honest with yourself and about the things you like to do (as long as you don't steal, slander, rape or kill and you pay your taxes...and be good to your mum), then enjoy life. It's his life. Why should he give a shit about those who want him to be in a straight jacket? Mr Goody Two shoes? Nah, that's not Fev. Fev adds color and love and compassion to those he's around. Sure he gets in a bit of trouble, but that's what being a boy means.
Don't kill the child in you Fev and live the life boring farts expect you to live. Life's too short and old age is too long. I'll still buy 10 CFC memberships no matter what you do...as long as you kick goals, play a team game and help us win the 17th Flag.
Who cares what you look like and what you do if you can help us win a flag? Once we've got the next flag...all is forgotten...even from those who call you a goose. Why? Because the Holy Grail is all we're after.

Talking Carlton is always good reading.And Bondi,ya always make sense.But you have exceaded even your own high standards.Thats bloody fantastic mate and i wholeheartedly agree.We have had more than our share of scalywags over the years and Fev is actually a choir boy compared to some of them.Its just the way it is at Carlten.And its just the way i like it.
