For more depth we need 4 players need to go at the end of the year...

Ackland (Jamo promotion)
Saddington (Round 1 Pick)
Wiggins (Round 2 Pick)
1 of Hartlett/Aisake/Blackwell/Jackson to go? :? (Round 3 Pick)
1 of Hartlett/Aisake/Blackwell/Jackson to go? :? (PSD/4th round pick)

Other than Ackland and Saddington it is very hard.

What about Benji? Has done little this year.
For mine,
Ackland
Benjamin - so much potential, so little success
Blackwell - Love him but too many in front
Saddington
Wiggler- Sorry Wiggler. It is him or Banno. Banno has done enough
Hartlett - Athletic and agressive but hammys of an old man

I reckon we need about 7 players to move on atleast. Next year with the GC coming in it will be harder to get quality.

For mine:

Ackland
Benji
Blackwell
Saddington
Wiggins
Aisake
Jackson/Edwards/Setanta?

Jamison will go onto list.

Joseph and Ellard can stay as rookies as we will still have two nominated rookie spots.

That is 6 spots to fill with the ND and PSD and that is not allowing for trades.

I see where you are going cj69. Seven would be a good number. I'll and Russell to my 6 and keep Aisakie, Santy, Jacko etc.

SEVEN is hard......

Ackland
Saddington
Wiggins
Hartlett
Benjamin
Blackwell
Jackson/Banno/Aisake

There would be blood spilt on this board!

To get to seven isn't easy but we need to do it. It is a good sign that most of our list has a genuine argument for staying.

Bannister has to stay he will be a vital player for us. Russell is showing improvement and is a favourite of Rattens.

Setanta is an interesting one. He will be 26 next year and if he hasn't established himself by the end of this year he could be in trouble. I just don't think he has the overall package to make it and if Aisake goes he may spit it anyway.

Edwards worries me because I watch him with the Ants and he seems genuinely disinterested and is very one dimensional.

A lot will depend on who we can trade for!

1. How many of the players listed below will get how many games? I've deleted from the list those that we don't want to be rid of, if we can help it ...
2. Who do we expect to be seeing the back of come September (or October if we make the Finals)?

Steady on.
I've just edited it to allow for the current / long-term injury list as per www.injurylist.com.au (through www.footytips.com.au)

The O'hAilpins will be hoping for their true breakout years this year.

Setanta needs to find a place, and Aisake needs to impress and make the senior side.

If they can't, I'd be contemplating letting them go.

Sad, I know.

i think we may need to trade a few so we can pick up an early pick. we need a chf and some quick crumbers.
dont know who. maybe hartlett, edwards or jackson, [maybe its carrazzo or houlihan]. its going to be hard when the gold coast team comes in so lets make it happen this year.
good bye come the seasons end for me are,
wiggins, ackland, saddington, bannister and bentick.

Maybe Jackson &/or Austin too?

Bentick to miss?
Who else?

If they have made a call on Wiggins i.e to re-sign or delist, then I would hazard to guess he probably won't come straight back in.
