Carlton vs Hawks (round 3 I think) in 94 the week after sticks kicked it on the full vs Essendon*. Had a similar shot but further out with less than a minute remaining and slotted it from almost 50 to win the game.
That was Round 3, 1993, the week after the draw against Essendon* and the highest draw in AFL history:

I don't have the details of the others listed. What we have is:
* Round 13, 1990 v Geelong - a big comeback win with help from Sticks and Sartori
* Round 2, 1991 v Adelaide - the week after they thrashed the Hawks to begin their AFL career, Carlton put them back in their place
* Round 14, 1991 v WCE - the day we ended their 100% Match Ratio
* Round 6, 1992 v St Kilda - Dorra quells Plugger and Rhino kicks 4
* Round 8, 1992 v Collingwood - Carlton stops Collingwood's centenary celebrations
* Round 3, 1993 v Hawthorn - Big comeback, Kernahan kicks the winner
* Round 14, 1993 v WCE - 1 point win
Others we will write-up:
* Round 22, 1994 v WCE - Carlton crunched the premiers
* Round 10, 1995 v Hawthorn - 102 point win to comeback from 2 losses - the Blues were back!
* Round 12, 1995 v Geelong - a classic
* Round 21, 1995 v WCE - another 1 pointer, Spalding kills McKenna
* Round 5, 1996 - Kouta's day
Would dearly love a few more from the late 1990's.
