I've got no problem with what Fev did at all. In fact it is these sort of events that can turn a group of players into a team.

I loved the fight too, I think it's great for footy. I even had my sister (an Essendon* supporter) ring me at the game. She'd heard about it on the radio and wanted all the details.

Also, I thought it was great for our team. After the fight was over and Fev ran back to our huddle you could see all the young guys flock to him. If nothing else it was great for team morale.

New Ms Wojee was dirty with me that I hadn't called her in to watch it when it erupted too.

exactly ... it wasn't unprovoked. Fev was flying the flag for an incident that happened IMMEDIATELY before, and as the two teams were walking off the ground.

He was putting his mouthguard in his sock and Fev gave him the slightest glancing bump. It happens 25 times a game during play and nobody reacts. Didak retaliated with Holland and Fraser. Didak landed a left which must be looked at closely. A malle is one thing, a left hook another.

I'd love to see him get two .

Fev's dancing on thin ice and we can't afford to go into any game with-out him at FF.

So when Pendlebury knocked Fisher to the $hithouse the next quarter, where was Fevola and his line in the sand then?

Pendlebury didnt do anything illegal, it was a perfectly acceptable hip and shoulder, thats footy.

nothing to complain about as far as im concerned.

the melee was a response to daisy (great name for a poof and the cauliflower is a front runner show pony so he fits in well) trying to clean up Murphy after he kicked the ball.

it was an extension of that, and its about time we had out team stick up for themselves, you want to play rough, then @#$%&! you, if it bites your head off, about time we did it, and i say bravo.

kudos to all the lads that got involved, with special mention to abs and fev. (abs went to murph the first time and ended up with a torn jumper)

its what is needed, santy in the mix of it as well
