Andrew Anderson was quoted on public TV last week and defending the rule that the team that kicked the most goals would host the GF.

There are plenty of spare unrented apartments in the City of Melbourne that the AFL can rent out for the weekend.

Who gives a shit about their accommodation. The AFL should of thought about this before. How dare they think of handing them a home ground advantage for a stupid reason like that. We earned a home ground final fair and square. Brisbane love handouts don't they.

Good point. They could even stay in Geelong and be inconvenienced less than us.

yeah no shit ! - they can stay anywhere in victoria within say a 2 hour radius of telstra dome and they would still be better off than forcing us - the highest scoring team in the NAB cup to fly interstate for a grand final we are meant to be hosting.

and as IS says - accomodation ? pfft - games in the evening fly down in the morning - kick to kick midday - lunch at 2 and a stroll around town/ movie/ stretch in a park - whatever in the early arvo- play the game - piss off home on the night flight

accomodation my ass !!

Don't they normally go home from Perth straight after the game on the redeye? Just send them home straight after the game.

ok. I just purchased 20 tickets in general admission. 10 are already taken so if anyone wants to sit with the sexy squad, there's 10 tickets left (CK & co, gezman I haven't included you in the 10 already taken so get back to me as I have tickets for you).

Tickets are $26.00.

The Ticketmaster website is only selling General Admission tix and reserve seating for AFL members.

If you want to reserve seats call Ticketmaster and speak to an operator (as I did) and you can book reserved seats. (Adults about $38.75, kids $13.35).

pretty sure they're just on the bottom & top decks. If you look at the seating plan I think they're under the supporter secion.
