I've been saying this since the Pratt appointment.

The other 15 clubs and their supporters KNOW that their time in the sun, with Carlton lurching from one disaster to the next, is nearly over.

They couldn't match our success before - now that we've known REAL hardship, they are shitting themselves at the vengeance we will sow.

The levels of arrogance seen before will be dwarfed by what's on the horizon. When it all clicks life will be hell for those opposed to the Navy Blue tornado.

Exciting times lay ahead.

Deano, this is brilliant. Love the anger!

Harness it big fella!

No, feel the anger welling up inside you.

Use it to unleash the power of the dark side.

I thought there were some controversial reasons behind De Bolfo's "retirement".

Yeah he pinched some HUN stationary and a staple remover off Mike Sheahan's desk... :P

Would love to get him on here to chat a little about the media and the public perception *read the bandwagon thread* :)

Yeah, butI can't remember exactly what. I may be wrong but I thought he was dismissed for quite a lame reason.

He has considered it but is a bit wary about delving into the world of footy forums. I'll put in the good word though. Tony is a very enthusiastic and positive guy and I have to admit it is very infectious, one of the nicest Carlton people I know. Always gives me a boost when I talk to him and I feel very positive about the club and what it can achieve.

long story....short version...he had the scoop on "Colonial stadium"...and so registered the name before the "dills" doing the multi million dollar dela got off their fat arses to do it.

Then he discovered what happens when you cross the "fat arsed buddy network".....the Morans have nothing on big business

I will always remember de bolfo for being the only person in the world who tipped us on that cloudy Saturday arvo in 1991 when we beat west coast by 3 points after a minton connel winner. They'd won 14 straight up to then. One of the best home and away wins I've seen.

I'll never forget hearing that match... rumpus room at nanna's place - a kick from the boundary close to the siren to give us the win - what a match!

I remember calling Carlton beating them by a goal or two to beat them for their first loss of the season when they played the Kangaroos. I cannot remember how far back they played the Roos but IIRC they played the Kangaroos at the G on a friday night.
