Thanks Stephen, this is certainly addressing some of the weaknesses that the club has had over the past few years. Our communication has been shocking, and it's nice to see it turn a corner.

Thanks again.

4. The playing group is full of confidence. The injection of new coaching staff in Paul Ford , Ratts , Crosisca and Braddles has been extremely successful. Anyone who saw the two intra club hit outs would have noticed the improvement of many of our youngsters.

Maybe it's a wave of pre-season optimism, but I reckon the upsurge in confidence off-field will be noticable on-field.

The burden our young list has had to carry for the past five years is now gone.

I reckon we're gunna smash the scum on saturday.

Thanks again for the updates Stephen - we are back in town. And don't forget, if there's anything we can do to help we're ready to roll the sleeves up.

COME

ON

YOU

BLUES

I also echo the sentiments of the other posters. It is a wonderful thing to be updated by a director on a forum. The transparency that was promised back in 2002 has finally arrived albeit with major changes and re-shuffles to obtain it. I think getting informed by a director may be a first on an afl forum and being provided details from the top of the food chain is amazing and refreshing.

Good luck with your goal, I'm sure you will get there. All things going well, I may be able to jump on the wagon again and assist next year with sponsorship. I have had the pleasure of dealing with John on a few occassions, so please tell him Sam says hi for me.
