MM embarrassed the club again with his childish behaviour at the presser. He is a typical teenage bully, obsequious to ex players and vicious if he gets reasonable questions that in any way challenge his infallibility. Anyone looking for a team to barrack for wd see him and choose someone else. The club needs to tell him to show respect to others, and display his intelligence rather than his immature petulance.
What absolute tripe. "Stevo" is always coming up with his statements on the game or dead ended questions. MM is giving it the time of day it & he deserves. Thought he answered well with regards to the game changing decisions not paid. A bit of theatre & I like it. Emotional game is footy, and a presser after such a game with amateur hour questioning, give him a break.
I thought MM was good. Nearly extracted an admission from the reporter asking the questions..."well what do you think it is when Robbos run is impeded on by a runner?" He nearly said..."a free" or did he?
He spoke for all of us who have no say. I'm also glad they requested explanation from the umpires for last weeks dismal umpiring too, which also impacted the result.
The @#$%&! AFL hadnt responded...so what do we do? We bring it to the forfront of media spotlight. Why not?
Supporters can do nothing except cry but our off field admin and coaches can bring this trend of umpires against the Blues being highlighted, exposed and hopefully thos umpires are put on notice because the bias impacts many people's lives.
Just remember, every opposition supporter who watched the last 2 games believe we were robbed by the umpires.
I'm not going to continue to suppport AFL in this type of unfair scenarion. Its like standing there with no help whilst someone punches me in the mouth repeatedly. Now imagine this if you are 6 pr 10 yo? Think about it. Not healthy to say nothing.
