Find it extremely difficult to work out why to continue following this club. Culture is what exactly? Seems to me I have nothing to identify with this club except memories. It stands for stuff i oppose:

1. Quick fixes
2. Mediocrity
3. Ignore fan base
4. Tactical rather than strategic thinking

Pretty much sums it up windows. Try telling this to a board member - as I have - and you'll be met with disdain. It's not so much a bubble at Carlton as it is a fortress. They understand there is a problem - but are seemingly not interested in a remedy.

Decisions are voted on by the board. The board hasn't changed. They endorsed him into the position.

Its like changing the Prime minister, but the government in power is still the same.

8 years the same guys have been involved on this board. If things haven't changed, they wont unless there is a challenge ticket and the entire board changed.

Our board members are about self interest, not the football club.
