Be nice if we could get a score a top player with a 2nd or 3rd rounder.

Rowe Can take a big grab and he seems to be a natural footballer with some Brain but I think he is best left Forward.. I don't think he can hold a Key Position down back... didn't look comfortable at all....

Not all doom & gloom, but I still haven't seen anything that gives me the confidence to say that we're a likely finalist, let alone top 4 chance.

Holman looks promising. Daisy will be very good for us. A few positive signs from Kreuzer and Waite after quarter time. Cripps is firming for round 1 - I'd almost pick him in front of Bell already. Watson tracking nicely. Curnow & Tuohy look like carrying their 2013 form forward. Good to see White back in action.

Midfield & KP depth an issue. Hopefully Brock is OK and we'll be adding Hendo, Gibbs, Walker & Yarran to the side before Sunday week...

No doubt about it. But whoever Rowe plays on will lead the goalkicking at the conclusion of Round 1.

I agree Doc, nice bloke and all but his brain is just a little too slow for AFL. I think MM is willing him to be a swing man version of Leigh Brown but I can't see it happening.

We are a definite finals team for the reasons you have stated.

When Hendo walked back from the NB room to the CFC rooms he was definitely limping- but I would hope it was just general soreness

Impressed with Kreuzer after 1/2 time Thomas - looks all class, Simmo, Jammo & Watson when he went to the backline

All in all a non-eventful practice match. I hope Brock & Tom Bell aren't seriously injured

Good to see SOS sitting in the Gardiner Stand with his 2 lads

Saw just over the a half and a bit
Gave a lot of players a run and continually interchanging
Really not fussed about tonight and the result and hopefully didn't add injury toll
Reckon we aren't top 4 but should make the finals
Crips is certainly a player -looks good as does Menzel both should play first round
Waite played much better today and will explode in round one
Daisy is almost our best player already is going to be sensational
Touhy really is now a good footballer and is a weapon
Simpson also was good
Lacked pace a bit today without walker and yarran a bit one paced in midfield

Buckley and bell serviceable but improving

Kreuzer didn't have much game time
Robby tried hard and grunt got us a couple of goals

A very static forward line early and why was watto at FF early
I agree with others Rowe not up to it

Left the field & went to the rooms, came back for a while & then went off again to the rooms not to be seen again

Was near the interchange seemed to be lower leg injury
More knock or cork I think
Happened soon after he did that left foot snap for goal early in second which was a good one
Did ok before he went off got first clearance
Hope he is fit
Unbalanced side with him and McLean off earlish

As long as we persist with the haphazard bomb into the forward line we will be glorious. Its the bomb that counts ... not whether it hits a target.

Don't talk about the Super Duper coach that way ... he knows what he is doing ... have faith in the bomb tactic ... its a beauty.
