Sure you'l get a few of the regulars, maybe a broken window, and some nasty grafitti,
but I believe the main hang out will be over in Synners Bar.

My bar will grow .....

We are alreasy in a panic.
First say Kreuzer is injured then bring him back.
I doubt Kreuzer will be the difference between beating GWS or not.

So if he needed a rest ,,,rest him...

No matter what happens... Special K wont make the difference.

either were good enough to win or not...(I reckon the MC is having a drink AND a BONG in my bar)
Going to be a long season... Special wont get too many chances to rest

And Watson named???

WOW!!!

Must be showing something for that kind of encouragement...

Surely Kerr would have to be infront of Watson AND Bootsma .. even if none of the three play...

  oh my!!!

Dunno Warbs, I 've never been to Synners Bar.
A lot of Goths, Special Agents, and general people of mystery I hear.

Have we won a game during daylight hours this year?? Checking from my memory .....Pre-season ( Port , Crows, Lions, Roos ) ......NO ! and H&A (Scum)......NO!!.
Now I am really worried about Sunday's match because clearly the boys are unable to win games played before sundown.
Damn you AFL for making this an afternoon game.
Please let me in HAL. I just can't take it out here any longer...

HAL: Welcome friend. As you can see, you'll have the run of the place this weekend.

An 18 page pre-match discussion thread might suggest otherwise.

 the more we overthink it, the closer to this room we get!

Thanks for letting me in HAL .......gee its nice in here.
It really is a BIG room .....sort of like a TARDIS ....you know, bigger on the inside than it is on the outside.
Then again thats probably because it looks like I'm the only one in here at the moment. Should I be worried about that too?

HAL: I'm not sure Lonny. Would you like me to get Woody Allen on the line o you can discuss it?

I'm a bit worried that I didn't have to worry this week.

So does that mean I have to worry twice as much for the St Kilda game??

Gee, there was a huge far queue outside the room today in the first half.

Do we really need another one of these threads? Please don’t make these people pseudo celebrities, they are nothing but eternal pessimists who occasionally jump on the optimist bandwagon whenever it suits them.

You could just dig up some of Melvey, Sugarcane (aka. Virgin Blue) or indeed BlueRob’s historical posts and recycle them, not much has changed really.

What was that one last year or the year before? “We could be 1-7 at the end of end of Round 8”, what a joke that whole episode was.

How about we just see what the boys can produce on Thursday night before we all start slashing our wrists?

Bring on the footy I say!!

Great one Mil, negative people are generally morally bankrupt and don't deserve to live. People who enjoy their footy regardless of the outcome are nice folk who have a monopoly on morals and definitely don't beat their wifes. The rest of the population are all Matthew Newton. :?

Make room, I'm on my way!

We had have been given three chances to properly stand up and take this year by the scruff of the neck (Against the Dons, freo and GWS) and all three times we have come to the table with scrappy and poor footy. Yes we have won two of the three games (one of which was out west) and we are second on the ladder and to be fair I'd take that any day of the week.

But I feel we haven't seen the depth that we all hoped for and we haven't played good footy. So for me thats three strikes and I'm in the worry room! All going well against the Saints and I'll be long gone!

I still think we will make top 4, I'm just concerned about us standing up when we really need to at the pointy end and our mentality!
