Kicking for goal needs to improve greatly. So much effort gets wasted (2010 a perfect example) on behinds, and it's a big problem.

Pies were pulling snap shots from out of their @rse holes. We couldn't land not so difficult set shots. In the end with all the steam in our sails in the second half, we should have beaten the filth. A few players I have my eye on for ordinary games. Players that have shown so much more in seasons past. Easy fumble marks, and lack of where they are at the time they get the pill. I won't mention Russell. Ooops I think I just did.

Duigan very good. Yaz excellent off HB and can play tight too. Reckon Robbo is very limited........won't last more than 2 more years. Sugar is an absolute gun, in a couple of years will be elite. Cachia has a pretty good kick on him and has a future. Jamo never ever again up fwd :yikes: :yikes:

Carlos going backwards ?

When we get our best team on the park, surely we're a top 4 chance this year, or am I just a biased Blue Bagger ?

Enjoyed that, very good hitout for us.

All the new guys showed a bit and great to see all of them can kick the ball.

Just a couple of things from Laidler vs the tigers suggests we've got a 10 year player there, IMO - vision/quick thinking/skill.

Yaz will really mature as a footballer in his current role this year - great to see him continuously involved in the hustle and bustle.

Jordy finished off pretty strongly I reckon. Defintely in our top 8 players IMHO.

and with normal rules! - thank @#$%&! thats over

the amount of masturbation going on in the telecast regarding how scary collingwood looked was killing me.

from the pies best 22 they would have been missing - brown, davis, didak, jolly, maxwell and swan - ie 6/22

the blues were missing - carazzo, garlett, henderson, houlihan, kreuzer, murphy, scotland, waite, warnock, (+ mclean) - ie 9-10/22

Was it just me or did Thornton look way out of sorts against the Tigers, very slow, and seemed to have all his vision and decision making leave him completely?

Krakouer kicked a goal from 3 touches and Lane says..........."he looks like blossoming and fulfilling his promise"

Big ticks to Duigan, Watson
Encouragement to Cachia, Curnow

Gibbs provided no evidence for me to retract my comment that he is overrated
Bower going backwards
We flowered up at the end of the year last year with Jacobs. Should have given Hampson away for free and paid Jacobs whatever he wanted. Mr Gale is useless. Can't ruck and can't mark.

Thought bower looked pretty good in both games. Back to his pre injury form.
Watson looked like he will be pretty good in a year or two.
Ellard had a mixed night.
Wanoch and Hampson were equal.
Curnow didnt show much.
Yaz pretty good in the back half.
Lucas good
Mcinnes good
Levi not so good.
Cachia not so good.
Duigan looks pretty good. Will learn from his mistakes tonight and only get better.

Carlos going down at the start of the pies game left us short in our own fifty. Walker did his best to bring the ball to ground against two or 3.
If we had of taken our chances the result would have been different but i am happy anyway.

Trying to process information like "Don't wait 20 minutes to kick the ball" or "Kick the @#$%&! thing forwards, not sideways" scrambled his brain

While you're doing that, I think 4thchicken forgot the obvious. :?

How dare you?!

Some people here have nothing else in their lives but to judge players based on mickey mouse matches, tea leaves and rumours
