Cerra, Cripps, Hewitt Midfield is too samey and slow compared to the best midfields out there. They are all good players, but we need a point of difference in there.

Stop playing cripps and Hewett together as a start.
Add Walsh and Jagga for run and we are starting to see some difference.
Rotate Williams, Elijah, Ollie (yes it’s time), Lord or another trade or pick and it’s good enough.

What we need however is more run from the wings and half backs. I hope Cowan, Carroll, Boyd, Cincotta and Wilson start to provide this from the back line next year. Need a winger or two.
