You would think Setters, Charlie and a ruck (Phillips?) are a walk up start. I would give the Schu a run......just because.

For me it's Phillips, Setters, Curnow, and one of Garlett/Stoker or Williamson

Our average age should tumble without the old boy in the backline.

So much for the rumour about Kreuzer.

The one about the goat?

Right. Well those ins tell us sweet FA

I think Phillips, Curnow and setters will be definite ins, the last one a lottery between Stocker, Willo, Schumacher, and even Garlett. The club will know a lot more than us on how ready stocker and Willo are to play.

It’s actually not such a bad thing the McGovern is our this week. Charlie is a perfect like for like replacement and we would have had the same old conundrum if we were adding Charlie to Harry, Levi, and McGovern. I think Levi has to play regardless as we can’t leave Phillips to ruck all day, especially against Goldstein. The team balance feels right with Levi in as 80% forward, 20% ruck, Harry and one of Gov or Charlie permanent forward

looks like the punters aren't keen on our ins/outs, gone from slight favourites to outsiders (2.30).

Not sure what they were expecting.

Not like we had Dusty Martin seeking a form 4 before the weekend.

Pretty fair side in the circumstances. Would assume one of Phillips/Lobbe will play - would expect Phillips unless injured - and the other to the 2s. I can't see how Garlett has warranted a return. Think Setterfield deserves to come in. Charlie if fit (and they suggest he is) walks in even with his ordinary form line. That leaves one space for Williamson, Stocker or Schumacher. Can make a case for all of them. Both Williamson and Stocker are arguably underdone in which case why not give Schu his chance to show what he can do in better company. He looked okay last year at times but has failed to progress and looked hit and miss recently. If either Williamson or Stocker is fit end match hardened enough to play I'd prefer one of them, with a leaning to Willo if they are both ready.

Ultimately I see Willo as long as he is fit and in any sort of form as a best 22 (indeed best 18) player, Stocker as on the way there but coming form a fair way back condition-wise and Schumacher as yet to convince me he will make an AFL quality player, but he jasn't lost me completely yet.

Setterfield hasn’t done much to tbh. Is he worth a walk up start?

The team looks balanced with those available, yet we could do with some of the outs.

Its about time.

I'm hoping this is a great opportunty to bring in our 2018 first rounder. Its Stocker time.
Would be upstanding applausing if it Willo is picked. What a story.

Im waiting for more than the Richmond game as proof he has arrived,
IMO Carlton must be putting games into him to fast track his development.
He had one good JLTgame oo, but not much more.

He's a big body, handy for the midfoeld rotations. Can kick a goal.
I still think he's a keeper, but not in compelling form
