For them we need to stop Stringer

Had one possession that quarter. Touhy on top of him and getting plenty of the footy himself.

Boekhurst needs a run of senior games to adjust, like Bucks

Too often the young guys have been banished too quickly and become too attuned to VFL tempo

Nah. Give him time to get used to the pace of it. He's had it a couple of times but been caught or had to hurry.
I lied that he tried to run the lines even though he got caught with it.
If he can make some space and get a couple of outside possies he'll be OK

I hope you're right
I thought his last game was just terrible, made fundamental @#$%&! ups under no pressure which is a BAD sign
But I went into this game thinking his last game was an anomaly
But he's making the same mistakes again
At some point he needs to start showing IT
I'm patient, but right now he's playing awful footy and that's the reality NOW
Maybe it's the pressure of being a surprise first round pick
Either way he needs to show IT soon else he will be back in the VFL for another extended period
Right now he's a total liability

We'll take a massive step forward when we learn how to use those quick, sharp handpasses around the packs. Only Cripps has that natural skill.

Otherwise, keep it up boys! You're having a crack and that's all I ask

This bit I find hard to believe. He's virtually never played and you're canning him already. Patient is giving him a dozen games in a row and then seeing if he's improved. If he has, he plays the rest of the season or the next. He's older than Cripps but has had fewer opportunities to show us what he has.

Agree Touhy has been great but Stringer is the one guy with class in their forward setup who can hurt us.

Must keep up the pressure and stifle their run.

Graham had a big 2nd qtr. buckley having a big game. Zac definitely has his mojo back. Cripps has done well

Wood and casbolt practicing for a standup duo act at the comedy festival.

Boekhorst is not confident but he will be alright. Graham played worse in his first few games

Remind me again why we used a first round pick on Boekhorst. He has no idea. Panics and then coughs it up every time under pressure, just like his last game

On the bright side he's had way more possessions than Simmo had in his first 3 games.

Stringer strings two in a row.
