Brock sub :banghead: :banghead:

Might as well have Graham as sub again if you want a slow mid as sub.

Does mick not understand the sub has to be an impact player, not the player who is at risk of being dropped?

Normally when Brock is the sub there is an injury early and he comes on and has a great game.

Or he comes on in the last and we get run off our feet (Collingwood rd 2 last year).

Brock is sub to make use of his blistering pace in the last quarter.

Brock is sub because he can't keep up with anyone...

Hopefully by the last quarter, everyone else has seriously slowed down...

It would appear some coaches use the sub differently.

Excited to see Menz and Casboult in the forward line. Hopefully Levi can clunk a few and smash some packs for Menzel to pounce

Not sure, depends on the situation. I've seen the sub used for

Players returning from injury and fitness is a concern.
Blooding new players for experience and/or fitness is a concern.
Fast fresh legs to come on when the game slows.
Making use of older but smarter players like Giansiracusa late in games.
We even used White as a sub and he did a job.

I suppose Brock falls into the last one.

It has worked before, but, you know, would love to see some speed or youth in there.

Hendo back in the team should mean Waite Levi and Lachie can't get double teamed. One on one they should have the strength to beat GWS defenders.

Hope Tomlinson shows the club why he must be our number 1 priority this trade period, but the rest of them don't.

Just don't lose

Brock just getting a game says more about our list and the deficiencies of Graham...

Especially after Brock's goal assists for the Cat's last three goal against us...

Surely if its his pace that is a concern, then it is more likely that he will do well once the other players are tired ie slower
So your post makes no sense except that you obviously dont like him in the team.
