My post was to suggest that given our current state should we be signing ANYONE to a three year deal. Especially someone in such an important position.

A new President has just started. Surely there needs to be a review of all departments. We are currently chasing a new List Manager, we approached Graham Wright. What happens if we sign a LM on big money but doesn't believe Rogers is the right person or wants to bring in their own people? Makes no sense.

As I said someone please explain the logic behind this. IMO it's another big question mark over McKay. Just like the Carrazzo, Bootsma and Waite deals. Why???

This club never ceases to amaze me sometimes with its decision making.
